Wheat Poha

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

  • Poha  - 1cup
  • Ghee or oil – 2 spoon
  • Mustard,orid dhall,Bengal gram  -1 spoon
  • Chilli - 2
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion
  • Vegetables (carrot,beans,cauliflower,peas)
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Wash  poha and drain water
  2. Steam it in Idly pan for 3 minutes and allow it to cool
  3. Heat a pan and pour 2 spoon of ghee
  4. Put mustard seeds and add orid dhal, Bengal gram, 2 Chilli and curry leaves to it. Add onion and sauté it till it turns brown.
  5. Add vegetables of your choice (Carrot,beans,Cauliflower,peas,..) and leave it to cook for 8 -10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  6. Add Steamed poha to it and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add Chopped coriander and serve hot.
