Steps
- Wash poha and drain water
- Steam it in Idly pan for 3 minutes and allow it to cool
- Heat a pan and pour 2 spoon of ghee
- Put mustard seeds and add orid dhal, Bengal gram, 2 Chilli and curry leaves to it. Add onion and sauté it till it turns brown.
- Add vegetables of your choice (Carrot,beans,Cauliflower,peas,..) and leave it to cook for 8 -10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
- Add Steamed poha to it and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add Chopped coriander and serve hot.
